Inclusion and Diversity
The EY EXA comprises a set of
descriptors that settings can use to evaluate their practice and provision for
multilingual learners and their families. Carrying out a self-evaluation
using the descriptors enables settings to identify what they are already doing
that is in line with good practice, to understand how to improve upon existing
practice and to identify any gaps/areas for development that may
exist. This enables settings to address those gaps in an informed, focused
way.
